Application deadlines:

• Submission of paper and poster proposals: until 10 May 2022.
• Submission of participation in the conference: until 31 May 2022.
• Information on acceptance of the paper / poster by the Programme Board – by 15 may 2022.

Participation costs:

• EARLY BIRD – register until 17 April 2022 at a promotional price: PLN 450
• STANDARD – participation without paper, fee paid from 18 April 2022: 500 zł
• PRELEGENT – participation in the conference with a paper: 400 zł
• UP STAFF – participation in the conference: 200 zł
• STUDENT – participation free of charge; participation with lunch and dinner: 200 zł

In case of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable.

According to the regulations in force, the conference organiser is obliged to issue an invoice no later than on the 15th day of the month following the month in which the entity made the payment to the UP account. Invoices for natural persons not conducting economic activity and concerning sales exempt from VAT are issued only upon request. The invoice shall be issued upon request submitted within 3 months from the end of the month in which the payment was made. If the payment is made by an individual and the invoice is to be issued to an institution (employer of the individual), the invoice request must be accompanied by a reference from the institution (employer) signed by an authorised person to represent the institution.
