Magdalena Cyrklaff-Gorczyca, Paweł Marzec

The implementation of user experiece activities depends on techniques enabling the acquisition of information about the users of digital products. Tools that allow automatic collection of data about user actions taken on websites play an important role in this regard. In this group, we can distinguish tools for recording mouse movements and video recording of user sessions. The paper will present a comparison of functionalities of various applications of this type. Additionally, the results of research on the actions of users of the Information Portal of the Copernicus University in Toruń, for which selected functionalities of CUX applications were used, will be discussed.
